Stuart began his career on the technical side of contact centres in 1998 and has spent nearly three decades leading strategy, supplier selection, and programme governance for some of the largest customer operations in the UK and internationally.

His work spans global CCaaS and UCaaS transformations, multi-country RFPs, five-year total-cost-of-ownership modelling, and the day-to-day governance that keeps suppliers, integrators, and internal teams aligned and accountable.

Through HiSynergy, Stuart leads a team of senior consultants supporting clients across three areas: independent assessment of existing technology and operations before investment is committed; structured supplier selection with requirements defined rigorously and proposals evaluated impartially; and independent governance of in-flight transformation programmes.

As Managing Director, Stuart matches the right specialists to each engagement and sets the standards they work to. He remains personally accountable for the quality of every deliverable and the independence of every recommendation.
